Our plan · The opportunity

Eat. Charge. Stay.

Last Resort is 2.56 acres on US Highway 89 in Alpine, Wyoming: entitled land, a business already open on it, and a permit for five backcountry huts. Last Resort runs on the Neon Tiger Hospitality engine: eighteen years, five doors, three states, and one team that knows how to open a place and keep it full.

Phase one

TYGR Mart

Operating now

Open today on Highway 89. Bold food, a market with personality and mountain views. TYGR Mart is the operating heart of the Alpine plan and the first reason to stop.

We acquired the land through a note from family friends, which let us get the property activated quickly.

Phase two

Approved for 5 huts.
We start with 2.

Approved · Phase 2

Two Backcountry Hut Company cabins and a shared sauna give travelers a reason to stay the night. The permit allows five, so we prove the first two before building more.

The raise

Raising $3.5M

Phase one is open and Phase two is approved. This raise is what carries us from one to the other: first we own the land clean, then we build and prove the first two huts.

One raise, two gates. Gate 1 is inside the $3.5M, not on top of it.

Gate 1 · target Dec 15, 2026
Own the land clean · ~$1.99M

Pay off the Etna seller note before it matures on Jan 1.

Gate 2 · 2027
Prove it · huts ~$1.05M + contingency ~$462K

Feasibility ~2 months, hut kits ~6 months after order, first guests targeted Jul 1, 2027 (draft).

Later
Build to five

Huts 3–5 only after the first two prove out, funded separately.

Placeholder · Final terms in progress
